Super clean and comfy and spacious for a group. Pool rocked. Could do laundry. Outside the chaos of AoNang, but you can walk into town no problem. The Coconut Bar next door is awesome.
Nothing negative to report.

Private gate
The shower dribbled out no pressure at all.
Paint coming off the walls in and out.
Marks over the walls
Rubbish down the side of the beds
Towel had brown stains on before even being used
Wooden panels next to the pool had fallen off allowing parts of the rusty metal to come into the pool and the stairs leading up to the balcony was overgrown with weeds
