Theres a pool in it, thats good part of it
The toilet water flow and heater, the flow of water is too little and 1 of the toilet the heater not working and water is too cool

Super clean and comfy and spacious for a group. Pool rocked. Could do laundry. Outside the chaos of AoNang, but you can walk into town no problem. The Coconut Bar next door is awesome.

For a villa it is awfully small, the toilet is broken, there is no daily housekeeping unless you explicitly call for it- but there is a 9am wake up construction noise inside the building which is a problem when you have jet lag and/or want to work there as well- for the price it was not a good deal
