Location is superb within easy walking distance to main shopping area and food outlets.The local 7/11 is literally 5 mins walking distance .The actual property was the best I stayed in during my time in Thailand .Exceptionally clean and modern with a great pool .The host was simply brilliant and had water , fresh fruit , etc as complments.on arrival .The house was cleaned halfway through our stay keeping the property fresh and tidy .I highly recommend the property and its host to any group looking at visting this area .Sam thankyou from us all...

The villa was over what we expected! Villa is close to restaurants and shops and you got to call tuktuk etc. Really easily. Shoutout to Mr.Big. They cleaned the villa every 3rd day and refilled waters. Villa was clean and it had everything we needed for 9 nights stay. I recommend the restaurant on the other side of the road called Enjoy Thai Restaurant.
Overall I totally recommend to stay in this villa. The host Sam was super nice and came by to give us keyes and it was easy to contact him. Also the ride from airport to villa and back was easy to get thro the host.

This place was amazing, exceeded all of our expectations. There was 12 of us who stayed here including 4 young kids. It didn't feel crowded and didn't get too untidy as the cleaners came in every other day which was amazing. The hosts were beyond helpful, replied within minutes and were always friendly and able to help with everything we needed. They restocked the bottled water every clean too which we found really helpful. The pale was modern, clean and comfortable. The pool was a winner with the kids and adults I was a bit worried going in as it's salt water but you wouldn't even be able to tell. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to stay here, we will definitely be back

Location was perfect, right next to a motorbike rental which made it easy to get around Ao Nang. Wifi was speedy, no problems at all. Beds were clean, pool was serene. We would stay here again if ever coming back to Krabi!
