Excellent service provided, the staff went all out to ensure our stay in comfortable. The villas were very clean and facilities provided were adequate. The free shuttle to beach is a bonus.
(i) There is no fans available, only airconditioned. When we came back from sightseeing, the villa was humid, warm and stuffy.
(ii) Felt that location is not strategic and walking around the area or bicycling seemed dangerous with small roads and traffic.
(iii) We ordered set dinner for CNY and while the portion is generous (too generous) the food quality was not good. They grilled the seafood much earlier so the food was cold when we started dinner. The prawns were not too fresh and 2 of the fishes were undercooked. The fried rice was cold. Very expensive unappetising dinner.

Our villa was spacious with great swimming pool and al fantastic amenities. There was literally nothing missing hence we were filling like in private 5 Star resort. Breakfasts were very good served to the living room, the service was excellent every day. Free shuttle to Ao Nang Beach was also great convenience for our family.
Nothing, everything was exceeding our expectations.

Es war einfach alles perfekt von der Unterkunft, über die ausgezeichnete Betreuung durch die Mitarbeiter bis zum jederzeit zur Verfügung stehenden Shuttle zum Strand oder in die Stadt.
