Fabulous comfortable villa which exceeded our expectations.

Everything in the villa was very high quality. The only thing was that the shower was cold in the main bedroom but everything else was top class. The fridge was highly topped up with essential water Coke alcohol which was very good value. Would highly recommend this villa.

Just the shower and also the tiles outside the room when water was spilt on as I fell when I stepped out of the pool.

Best place to stay in Ao Nang! Couldn’t recommend it enough !!

The villa is so new and modern, providing all the facilities needed to have an amazing stay. Everything is so clean, I couldn’t recommend this place enough if you are staying in Ao Nang! Tuktuk service was also provided to go into Ao Nang from the villa - everything was done so thoughtfully and the owners / staff were the kindest people I’ve met here in Thailand. I got into an accident on the beach which caused me to end up in hospital and the staff here have been so so helpful and amazing.

Spacious property with decent sized pool, away from centre

The concierge was wonderful and helpful and the tuk tuk service worked well. The villa was spacious and the pool was big and deep.

Pool was highly chlorinated, and gave my children skin rashes. Villa was showing signs of its age and some wear and tear.

Great Stay!

Everything was wonderful. Villa was clean and spacious, accurate to the photos shown. Staff were amazing and always did their best to accommodate to whatever we needed. The manager Riam is a really nice and cheerful lady who is easy to communicate with. Tuktuk service was very much appreciated. My family enjoyed our stay here very much and look forward to be back at this villa on our next trip!

Amazing staff – made all the difference! Had a great stay – the team was super helpful and always available. Special thanks to the kind lady at reception who helped when someone needed medical care, and to the shuttle driver who took care of us the whole time with a big smile. Really felt like we were in good hands. Highly recommended

Lovely villa, amazing staff

Amazing villa, very clean with massive rooms. Nice pool and has decent washing facilities. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Will sort any problem immediately for you. They also provided a complimentary taxi for us to the beach area at our request. Great location if you have a car to use as a base to go and explore.

Is a 5-10m drive from the beach area. But this was a good thing for us! To be away from it all.

Well, that was cool!

Easy to find, in a quiet area but still very close to Ao Nang. Nice house easy to use, good Internet. The second indoor little lounge is nice and convenient.

Nothing we didn’t like really, but more things that could be added to enhance the guest experience. Those are just suggestions and we still had a great time at the house! - a bluetooth speaker connected to the tv: the tv sound quality is very poor but still was our only device to listen to music. A cheap sound bar speaker (Xiaomi 1,200thb on Lazada) would be great. - Replace the table/chairs outside by an outdoor sofa lounge. There’s already a big table inside and the doors can be wide opened, so no need for another table outside. A lounge area would be more comfortable. - Replace all ceiling light bulbs to warm white: the cold white gives a hospital feeling that’s not very cosy.

very uncomfortable “sofa” found it hard to relax. awkward location without a car as have to walk to the main road to try and flag a taxi or tuk tuk

since the property is near land clearance site, there are lots of bugs in the evening right outside the main door. some managed to enter the villa through small opening underneath the door. It will be helpful to do fumigation or install bugs zapper outside the main door.

Tout était parfait la maison toute équipée et très propre . La Personne qui nous a accueillit avec tout son personnel était un amour avec nous toujours à vouloir nous aider et nous trouver des solutions . Les thaïlandais sont des personnes avec un grand cœur et toujours avec le sourire. Nous recommandons à 100% tout s’est fait dans les règles et pour le prix ça valait vraiment la peine nous sommes sentie super bien ici pendant ces 5 jours . L’emplacement était aussi très bien autour de tout ce qu’il fallait pour passer un bon séjour merci beaucoup pour tout ! ☺️☺️

La villa que nous avions louée était en tout point agréable et confortable. Mention spéciale à la literie qui était de trés grande qualité. L'endroit, un peu éloigné de la ville, est un havre de paix très appréciable, calme et entouré de verdure, ce qui est parfait pour récupérer, se reposer et se détendre. L'hote est super réactif et règle très rapidement n'importe quel problème que nous lui soumettons. Un vrai bonheur. Un grand bravo aux équipes. La navette/taxi gratuite est très appréciable. Bref, à recommander sans hésitation

Un simple conseil déco, je changerais le petit salon en osier et le remplacerais par des fauteuils plus modernes et confortables permettant, entre autres, de lire ou de se reposer. Idem pour la table du salon TV que je remplacerais par une table plus moderne.
