The View

Location close to public transport surrounded by green space, bars (cafes) and restaurants. Balcony for watching sunset with aperitivo. Very good facilities. Bologna is such a great central location to visit Florence, Venice, Ferrara by the great Italian rail system. Better still there was plenty to see and do in Bologna. We were sad to leave. Paolo was very accommodating and promptly looked after us when we had a small issue with the dishwasher

Pillows, outdoor lounge and recliner lounge need a bit of love.

Very nice place

We had a great stay at the apartment. Place was spacious and clean. Mr Paolo was very helpful and whatever we asked for he was willing to accomodate. I would recommend this place to anybody without a hesitation.

Prachtig appartement. Op loopafstand van het centrum. Met de mogelijkheid om je auto in de garage te plaatsen. Prima contact met eigenaar Paolo. Heerlijk restaurant in de buurt, nonna Rosa.

Apartament położony na 7 piętrze w świetnej lokalizacji z roztaczającymi się pięknymi widokami na okalające wzgórza i miasto. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. Miejsce postojowe na samochód zapewnione w garażu podziemnym. Wygodne dojście do atrakcji Bolonii, z mnóstwem sklaepów i barów. Bolonia przepiękna Polecamy .

Fantástica casa con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Cama cómoda, cocina completa y unas vista preciosas del monte San Luca.

Un poco alejado del centro, 40 min andando, pero ya lo sabíamos. Hay autobuses cerca que te llevan al centro.

Fantastisch!

Echt een aanrader! Wij verbleven hier naar aanleiding van de Cosmoprof. Op een rustige plek waardoor je niet het drukke stadsgedeelte in hoeft met verkeer. Een parkeergarage onder het gebouw, een Lidl om de hoek. Er is alleen in de buurt niet zoveel te beleven, en het is een stuk lopen naar het centrum. Het verblijf zelf is fantastisch, een klein maar compleet appartement die echt keurig is onderhouden! Mischien een tip voor de eigenaar; een extra grote handdoek per persoon zou fijn zijn, en wellicht een stuk of 4 koffie cups om je de eerste dag even te redden. Ook misten wij een waterkoker.

Come direbbe Barbieri "La vista vale il viaggio" Appartamento bellissimo con una vista eccezionale. arredamento moderno e di gusto. Gestore e collaboratrice gentili e disponibili. Avevo necessità di posticipare il check out e subito mi è stato detto SI.

Per questo livello di B&B sarebbe bello curare i dettagli, non c'erano forchette coltelli ecc. e un pacchetto di benvenuto seppur solo acqua e qualche snack sarebbe stato gradito, anche se non era prevista colazione.
