I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the arrival process seamless. The host was very communicative and flexible. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and the mattresses were excellent. The location is convenient, with the main tourist attractions a walking distance away. A couple of small suggestions for improvement: it would be helpful to provide two pillows of different thicknesses, as a lower pillow would have been more comfortable for me. Also, including a few sachets of dishwashing detergent for short-stay guests would be a thoughtful touch, as buying a full bottle isn’t practical for just a few days.

Brak czajnika, słaba akustyka pomieszczenia, czasem wypadały klamki.

The entry instructions were clear and the keys were easy to locate. Communication with the agents was good. The bedrooms were big and the beds were comfortable. The terrace got the sun in the morning. The apartment was generally clean. Checking out was straightforward.

There was general care and maintenance required that previous guests have mentioned and still hasn’t been attended to, ie door handles falling off. There was a lack of cutlery,glasses and cups - an easy quick fix. (Frustratingly there was a display cabinet full of glasses but no key to access them!) Many of the fittings were tired and not as shown in the pictures. The soundproofing from other flats isn’t good and there is noise from the street.
