Beautiful property in a great location.

Location was great for us in easy reach of beach and town. Alex, was very helpful and kept in touch to make sure we were okay. The information supplied was very good one of the best I have seen on how to use appliances etc. A few bits could do with a little update on where to go and eat but that's Whitby for your something new to discover each time.
The bathroom could do with a little attention e.g. the tap on the sink.

The location is perfect, parking opposite the cottage £13.30 for 24hours. Clean and much more spacious than expected. Well equipped throughout. Owners contact and information brilliant prior the arriving regarding early entry etc. Don’t dismiss the pub opposite, looks a bit ordinary outside but great space inside with lovely outside decking area overlooking the marina.
Be careful of the steps in and out as they are steep. Other than that nothing to complain about. Excellent value for money.
