Location was great, and the house itself is lovely.
Could do with getting some pro cleaners to do a deep clean.

Again, I can only say it's like going home. The house welcomes us.
Bed is comfortable, house is clean and warm.
Rental is very reasonable and Vicki is quick to respond if contacted. 🙂
Etherley itself is a nice area and very close to where family reside.
Headboard on bed and the toilet seat need tightening.
Otherwise, all I can say is if you're looking for champagne, don't expect it for fizzy wine prices and then moan.
