was able to park just in front of stable room work is in progress at the property so didnt look its best on the outside, inside was fab we had everything we needed plus extras like fridge ,toaster, microwave plenty of plates mugs dishes good drinks making equipment, single beds were comfy and spotless,tv was a bit confusing but we managed in the end,we had a lot of noise on the 2 nd evening and early morning could have been the workmen🙄 the royal oak pub is extremely welcoming drinks and meals very good, all in all good value for money our dog was made really welcome i would recommend as a comfortable budget friendly stopover to visit a lovely part of the country a friendly welcome and a relaxed atmosphere,
