Rude and threatening owner horrible place to stay
We were charged 120 deposit for the room witch they won’t tell you about until you book ,when we paid for it we were then asked to pay again for it when we tried to discuss with the owner about it he was very rude and then sent his cleaner round to intimidate us and later that same night someone came round to bang on the door again ,the place has pretty major damage to it as the shower isn’t safely installed as it’s partly out the wall ,he doesn’t return deposits as well after stay even tho saying it dose ,we were accused of stealing from the property witch was insulting on top of everything his cutlery isn’t clean enough for anyone to want to take,when we booked the pictures were of the other bigger room but we were then places in the smaller room ,you many as well trash the place bc if you clean up and take care of it he will still keep the deposit

Pet free, quick access, well located
Doesn't allow pets. Managed a check in late at night when somewhere else let me down. Clean and well appointed for a single traveller. Near North Road Station and shops, and only a short walk from Central Darlington

Small but comfortable
It was very clean. Very warm. The bed was super comfy There was everything you could/need want apart from a tea towel.
We found the lock box difficult to use, instructions would been useful for the TV as we couldn't work out how to change channel as the remotes didn't seem to work. and the pillows weren't to our taste. We parked on the road as the parking was around the back in an alleyway that was dark. The bed would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues despite being super comfortable.
