Ich habe 8 rundum sorgenfreie und wunderschöne Tage in diesem charmanten kleinen Appartement in Rom verbracht. Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber, sehr geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet – es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und das in hochwertiger Qualität.
Das absolute Highlight ist der kleine Balkon – ein echtes i-Tüpfelchen der Erholung! Nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in der Stadt konnte ich dort bei einem Aperitif entspannen, den Tag Revue passieren lassen und einfach die Ruhe genießen.
Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen herzlich und aufmerksam. Schon bei der Ankunft fühlte ich mich willkommen, und als ich einmal ein kleines Problem mit dem Schlüssel hatte, wurde mir sofort und völlig unkompliziert geholfen.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this property, and I cannot thank Alessandra enough for her incredible hospitality. From the very first day, she went above and beyond to make my arrival and stay comfortable. Since I arrived quite late at night, Alessandra kindly came to pick me up directly from Termini Station, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. I deeply appreciate the effort she made.
The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and it felt like a true home away from home. Alessandra’s attention to detail was evident everywhere, and she was always available for any questions or support I needed.
What truly made my experience special was Alessandra’s kindness, care, and genuine dedication to making her guests feel happy and at ease. She is not only a wonderful host but also a truly lovely person, and I am grateful for the hospitality she showed me.

Non bene funzionante aria condizionata ( la ragazza è pure tornata a sistemarla ) ma credo fosse sistemata in modalità ventola e pertanto non si stava freschi e giugno quest’anno a Roma è stato caldissimo!!!
Inoltre il sistema di raffreddamento era rumoroso e con botola che affacciava sul letto quindi fastidioso per dormire.

Excellent apartment in a tranquil neighbourhood, just off the city centre but with good connections both to the central station and the main tourist attractions in Rome. The apartment has everything one needs for even a longer stay, including a kitchenette with cooking utensils and a washing machine. Three or four supermarkets just around the corner and many cafes and restaurants nearby. The balcony that overlooks a quiet inner courtyard was great for enjoying some cool air in the evenings. Fast internet connection for some occasional work away from the office. The hosts were friendly and easy to reach at all times both before my arrival and during my stay there and they provided all necessary information to feel right at home from day one.
