We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom made it very comfortable, and having a separate bedroom plus laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer was extremely convenient. We also appreciated the thoughtful list of local and wider food and attraction recommendations provided, along with the great communication from the host throughout our stay.
There was noticeable buildup on some of the pots, which was unattractive, and there were no cream cleaning products available to help remove it. The dish scrubber provided was quite old, and there was no dish drying cloth available. The bed was adequate, although the metal frame often caught our feet as we walked past. We also noticed that while there were extra pillows in the wardrobe, there were no pillow slips provided for them

The apartment is well presented and clean with all you might require, including cooking facilities, and is in a quiet area with shops and restaurants close by.
It is 15 minutes walk to the nearest metro line, which is not great anyway, and so you need to be prepared to walk or learn how the bus system works to get to most of Rome's sights.

Nice apartment mostly, in a good location steps from Borghese gardens and galleria. Warm, plenty of hot water, well appointed kitchen. Relatively spacious.
Asking guests to purchase their own toilet paper astounded me. I have traveled all over the world staying in Airbnbs, VRBOs, etc and never been supplied with only one roll of TP for multiple adults staying multiple nights. No heat in bathroom or heated towel rails was inconvenient for a winter stay; the pull out couch was so uncomfortable that my son barely slept. I would only recommend this apartment for a couple staying spring through fall.
