Disappointing but staff helpful. I'm not sure properties are fit for purpose.

We were changed in our first location (Erdington); the reason being that bed bugs had been reported. Flat was comfortable. People hanging around outside made us wonder how safe our car was. but as it happened we were moved to just opposite Lozelles. Streets unkempt. Abandoned car 100 yards from the property (which had obviously been crashed against a wall-gate and left to be dismantled. Again parking - unsure how safe it was. The property had carpet coming off the stairs which was dangerous and the down stairs window was left open all night (posing a security risk). Staff pleasant. Bed comfortable but bathroom needs redecorating and made clean.

I didn’t enjoy my stay is bad and so annoying.
The bed was soft, large and confortable
1). The room I was in the light is too poor. You can’t nearly use it to work with. Yesterday to do my makeup I was supposed yon on lamp torches on 3 different phones so I can see what am doing. Not enough light entering 2) the room is just frightening 3) no sir on the room , have to leave the window open but when it started raining stops if water enters and socks the bed. 4) I was really disappointed with my room they changed just 4hours before the time I had to check in and they gave me a downgraded room, that looks very scary than what I paid for. 5) they promise to put me a TV , till I left the property the Tv didn’t arrive and no message was sent to me for excuses.
