The location is good, just the fact that no parking available is a bit disappointing.

Very disappointing, never to use booking. Com or totalstay again

My client did not even have breakfast, I was robbed for the accommodation that I paid for. I paid for 4 nights, my client left on the second day after checking in late on the 20 Dec 2025, I was told by the staff at reception that I will get back my refund, I put through soo many calls to booking. Com and the hotel with absolutely no joy. I was robbed.

The service and that if I was told I was going to get back my refund how come I did not receive it???

Centrally located, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The elevator serviced up to the 11th floor, while my accommodation was located on the 12th floor. As a result, I was required to use the stairs for the remaining levels on a daily basis. While this was manageable for me, it may present challenges for older individuals or those with limited mobility.

My room did not look like photos. Poor communication related to check-in. I don’t think Mr. Fourie is a real person, because I requested his contact info and the staff refused to provide it. Perhaps he can explain why that is. It is not a good sign when a hotel refuses to provide contact info for management. Elevator did not stop on my floor, which was annoying. 10am checkout is inconvenient. I had to chase the cleaning crew every day to replenish my coffee. The ceiling fan was difficult to operate, and sometimes the AC would stop working at night.

Booked the place three times, last one in a 24m2 studio, however I was given a tiny room. Staff told me it was on booking, and for the hotel, the studio status depends on the floor, not on the room size

The location was great the view from our window, room number 1003 with the patio was great. Breakfast was fantastic

It only a small thing but I alway seem to be at reception chasing wherecare our towell , either no hand towels or no bath towels and one day we had none at all.

The location is great, perfect actually. Felt safe too.

I think if I was there for a short stay I would have given a 10/10. Long term the issue I had is they said they will clean daily but they don’t had I got a letter that they didn’t clean and no explanation to why my room was not cleaned. The other time they cleaned but left 1 pot not washed. On the 3rd in the morning I ask reception to make sure they clean my room but when I came back around 4pm my room was still not cleaned. On another day I asked for clean towels and the cleaner said they do not have. Maybe am fussy but if something is in your policy I expect it to be done as I am also expected to follow the rules.

Overall I was happy with the accommodation. Not bad at all.

The place was clean and beds were comfortable.

The aircon was only blowing cold air and it was cold in the evening. No extra blankets. The house keeping did not give us tea on the second day of our stay and I can't start my day without my cup of coffee.
