Hotel Bruxelles

The staff was very friendly and hospitable, excellent shower with good water pressure

The WiFi was bad, kept loosing connection and the pillows are too flat

Amazing service! The hotel does not provide parking but the guy at the front desk was so willing and helpful with finding parking. The location of the parking was not far down from the hotel, walking distance which was excellent. The room was so spacious, we had the room with the balcony. Wifi works perfectly. And my husband could plug in his playstation lol. It was a very cozy stay. We definitely have the Bruxelles Hotel on our radar for next time!

Parking might cause issues for people. But we had amazing service from the guy at the front desk helping us find parking- which did not cost a lot for one night.

Location is very central ,Heaven coffee next to them very good and friendly staff,Shanty is a gorgeous soul

The property was clean and easy sign in process

The WiFi doesn’t work, no WiFi in the room, the WhatsApp number that is put up to call for help regarding WiFi doesn’t exist. I spent the whole night without WiFi I had to use my mobile data, when I go to reception in the morning another lady was complaining about the same thing. The reception was very unfriendly she told us we should have came down to reception by yesterday so they can come help us connect to nearby WiFi in other rooms. I am very disappointed
