Excellent..staff were very accommodating towards muslim visitors. Will recommend it anytime..everything Is in walking distance unless you need to go further out..car parking I is narrow but the valet servicemen are excellent...thank you

Middle of town, able to walk safely for short distances and access to restaurants and shops. Decent cleanness.

Having to choose time slot for breakfast. Hotel should find different incentive for spreading the queue to breakfast.

During breakfast more attention to details regarding refills, coffee machine was running out of coffee repeatedly and staff had to be made aware in order to be refilled, other then that everything was perfect

location was quite good for us close to shops, saloons, food outlets etc friendly staff clean rooms and spacious enough breakfast was good very close to the CITI TOUR bus ticket office and pick up point

not being able to make room to room calls we could only call the reception needed to check on my kids in the other rooms no irons & ironing board in the room had to request through reception everytime wardrobe space a bit small though

We liked everything about the property, it’s situated in such a safe location. The breakfast was so good, every morning we had something different. The staff were so helpful. The place is definitely a 10/10.

The location was perfect for my stay - close to everything I needed. The reception was very helpful. Breakfast was good

The staff members were very helpful and friendly. They have the good hospitality . A thumb to Mr Aslam , who went extra mile in assisting us for luggage and information needed. And a special thanks go to the staff at the reception and those who did the daily cleaning .

Improvement should be done on the breakfast items , reason for e.g for a guest who stayed over for 9 days and continuous having more or less the same breakfast present certain inconvenience and especially on days there is no option of chicken meal. Recommended for different variety of foods .

It was a good rest!

The breakfast is very good, rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly I wouldn’t mind to bring my whole family next time.

The plates should washed with clean water (maybe using bleach) to avoid the egg smell.

It wasn’t great but it also wasn’t the best.

We liked that it is in the CBD, it was easy to navigate. The sleeper beds were perfect for a family set up.

The breakfast was bad, the shower heads were not user friendly, the carpets were smelly, air con wasn’t working properly, and the WiFi wasn’t working properly. Also on some days the duvets were wet.

Clean but old hotel trying to do their best.

The cleanliness is amazing, the staff is doing their job really well. Every evening I was coming back to a brand new looking room. All sanitary equipment was cleaned daily, this is very nice. Every room has a power adapter - very nice. Breakfast was not super generous but quality made and tasty. Coffee is 3/5.

Hotel is relatively old and is already asking for a renovation. Broken sockets, broken hooks and hangers, self-rotating shower head - all these things are very frustrating

The hotel does not have a room with a bath tub Breakfast time that end at 0930hrs does not favor people who are not early morning people. Please consider increasing time to 1030hrs

Amazing!

All the staff were wonderful and accomodating, the buffet breakfast was delicious and the rooms were very decent size.

The CBD is not a very nice place to stay but that is not the hotels fault :)

Hotel ideally located for families.

The location was really good.

The service was not consistent. One day, the bath mat was missing, the other day the shower towel,the next day it was the milk and tea. The service can definitely improve.
