I liked that check in could take place until 00h00. I loved that there was access to Netflix and the bathroom was very spacious and beautiful.

The bedding had lipstick stain on it making it clear that the sheets weren’t changed from the previous stay and this made me question the other things like are the sheets changed and that make me a bit uncomfortable.

Great central location and very friendly staff. The downstairs cafe/restaurant area is also very nice. Nighttime guard is a plus.

Our room was at the top floor, we only had a small rooftop window. Loud music from the bar above during the evening. Our room was situated next to the elevator and that also caused some noise.

An Oasis in a City Scape.

This is a small hotel with large dining area and popular with a lot of people as the food is very good. The staff are well trained and are happy, helpful and very up-beat. They were particularly helpful to my husband and I as he was on crutches. The studio apartment was well equipped with washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and cooker. There is a roof top bar with great views of the mountain and a smallish plunge pool. Street parking is paid for by speaking to the parking warden. Overnight parking is free but you can pay by card or cash and it is paid from 8am to 5 pm. Street is patrolled by police so is very safe.

upon me arriving late nobody called me from reception to confirm if im still coming i made arservation but i had no parking my car had to street park the whole weekend which i was not happy with im not happy with the customer services and lack of communication

The location was okay and the room was clean.

I did not like the fact that I could hear my neighbours when they were using the toilet. I guess. It kinds of disturbing especially if you are a light sleeper and wanted some peace and quiet.

Good for a one night stay if you are not going to be in the room much.

Just remember this is a budget hotel. Don't expect extras like a coffee machine in the room or a view. We had skylights but no windows. However, its clean, in a quiet neighborhood and fairly central. However, don't think you can walk to the Waterfront. Take a Uber.

I had a good sleep, that was it. I wont be back and will also not recommend.

The room was clean and comfortable. The food was nice.

The location looks a bit dodgy and the building itself did not meet my expectations (what is shown on the pictures). Roof top bar does not look like the pictures. Our shower drain was clogged so we couldn't take a proper shower.The kettle kept tripping the electricity in our friends room. When I mentioned this to reception she didn't even apologize, just said she will tell maintenance.

Wonderful, we'll definitely be back

The breakfast was quite large...did not expect that portion, that was one of the many surprises. Secondly I was not aware the venue provides live entertainment in the form of a band with decent amount of seating, food options and a variety of drinks. And thirdly we were about 400 metres from the busy and vibrant Harrington street , a quick walk to the restaurant where we had reservations.

Probably the only downfall could be when it does get full ,parking can be an issue. However this was not a problem on this occasion.

Amazing, secure and clean place

I loved the location as it was Close to all the amenities in the city. The rooms are big and look the same as it appears in the photos. The staff is kind and flexible. Importantly the place is secure. Finally, I loved the cocktails. I will come again.

The location was very central, close to the walking tours of old Cape Town. Staff were very friendly and helpful, including a few left-field requests. The onsite food options were great for when we didn't feel like going out

Urban Oasis Hidden Oasis of comfort and warmth.

The Urban Oasis was truly a unique experience. The rooms were very clean, eco-friendly and the customer experience was on point. They even gave us washing liquids for our clothing. The room was cosy, neat and had everything you will need. It had refrigerator, hair dryer, kettle, TV with streaming, great bed and good comfortable bedding.
