Tolle Gastgeberin, Tolle Lage

Die Gastgeberin war reizend und spricht fließend Englisch. Die Lage ganz nahe an der Altstadt mit Garten und Parkplatz ist hervorragend. Wenn wir nochmals in die Gegend fahren, ist diese Unterkunft sicher unsere erste Wahl!

Grundsätzlich eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung mitten (!) in der Stadt.

Sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Ausgezeichnete Lage der Unterkunft: mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem vergleichsweise ruhig gelegen. Sehr ansprechendes Anwesen mit herrlichen Ruhezonen im Garten (mit und ohne Schatten). Leckeres, frisches Obst zum Frühstück. Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank für die beiden Gästezimmer, Balkon/Loggia, eigener, kostenfreier Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

Zufälligerweise waren während der 13 Tage unseres Aufenthaltes gleichzeitig die beiden kleinen Enkelkinder der Vermieterin zu Besuch (zeitweise waren auch noch Freunde der Kinder da). Das war nicht so ideal, weil die Unterkunft ausdrücklich nicht für Familien und Hunde angeboten wird. Das suggeriert, dass man dort sehr ruhig wohnt und gut entspannen kann. Das war faktisch nicht ganz gegeben, weil die Kinder sehr lebhaft sind und zum Teil laut brüllend durch den Garten getobt sind. Wir mögen Kinder und haben beide selber welche. Daher wissen wir nur zu gut, dass man diese nicht immer bändigen kann. Gerade deshalb hatten wir uns laut Beschreibung der Unterkunft aber auf Ruhe gefreut. Der Besuch der Kinder war reiner Zufall und soll die Unterkunft als solche nicht abwerten!

Un angolo di pace!

Questo è stato il nostro secondo soggiorno a Villa Marlene. È un vero paradiso, giardino molto curato, stanza molto accogliente e arredato con stile e bagno attrezzato di ogni confort. Attiguamente alla stanza di può usufruire di un piccolo frigo, dove l'host Resham mette a disposizione delle bottigliette d'acqua. È possibile usufruire di un grazioso balconcino, anche per stendere gli asciugamani o i costumi. La villa si trova a pochi passi dal centro cittadino, molto carino e con tanti locali e ristoranti tipici, e ad una quindicina di minuti di passeggiata dalla spiaggia. Il vero surplus della struttura è la signora Resham, che ti fa sentire sempre coccolati, con le sue stupende colazioni e la sua disponibilità per accontentare eventuali richieste. Avendo saputo che ci eravamo sposati da poco ci ha fatto trovare uno splendido mazzo di fiori, da lei raccolti con amorevole cura e uno spumante con i calici. Ci ha letteralmente commossi! Grazie di cuore Resham, sebbene il nostro soggiorno sia durato poco, ci siamo sentiti davvero accolti con la sua solita premura e gentilezza.

Mooie B&B aan de rand van Albenga

Rustige B&B en toch met 5 minuten lopen ben je in het historisch centrum van Albenga, een heel leuk stadje. Parkeerplaats op eigen terrein is erg fijn. Supermarkt om de hoek. Gastvrouw Resham is heel aardig en niets is haar te veel. Wij reisden laat en mochten zelfs om 22.30u nog inchecken, zeer gewaardeerd! Ruime kamer en badkamer, goed sanitair. Eigen koffie en thee op de kamer. Een lekker ontbijt staat 's ochtends klaar op de patio met voor ieder wat wils. Bij de kamer een klein koelkastje en een balkon, beide worden gedeeld met de andere kamer. Deze B&B is een goede uitvalbasis om meerdere plaatsen aan de Bloemenrivièra te bezoeken. Tip: in Imperia kun je fietsen huren om het (geheel vlakke) kustfietspad naar San Remo te fietsen.

Camera accogliente e letti comodi. La persona che ci ha accolto molto gentile e molto disponibile alle varie necessità. Posizione a 2 passi dal centro ma molto silenziosa. Caffè sempre disponibile fuori dalla stanza gratuitamente. Parcheggio interno

Se proprio si vuole essere un pò pignoli, darei la possibilità di chiudere a chiave la stanza. So che sono due stanze sole e comunque è chiuso il portone sotto, ma una chiusura della porta potrebbe essere un qualcosa in più. Ottimo il discorso parcheggio, secondo me è un pò angusto per le manovre se soprattutto ci sono due macchine grandi, ma alla fine tutto nella norma.

Tutto. Belle camere. Letti comodi. Con tutto il necessario. Compreso bollitore, the e tisane in camera. Pulizia impeccabile. Colazione superlativa: yogurt, frutta fresca e secca, spremuta fresca, pane brioches fragranti. Angolo per la colazione curato nei dettagli e macchinetta caffè con cialde sempre disponibile. Frigo disponibile x gli ospiti rifornito di bottiglie di acqua. Infine, e non per ultimo la gentilezza di Resham, host discreta e disponibile per ogni necessità. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Grazie

Weekend piacevole in un posto bello e di pace

La villa è molto curata, accogliente, tranquilla e silenziosa. È vicinissima al centro storico ed ad appena ad 1 km dalla spiaggia. C'è il parcheggio privato comodissimo incluso nella struttura. Resham, la host, è molto gentile e lascia autonomia, riservatezza e il giusto spazio agli ospiti. La camera è fornita di tutto il necessario ( c'è aria condizionata, molto luminosa e spaziosa, il letto è comodo ed il bagno è equipaggiato di ogni dettaglio pensabile) ed, infine, la colazione è abbondante e di qualità. Ulteriormente al piano delle camere c'è un terrazzino fruibile dagli ospiti con delle poltroncine ed l'affaccio sul bellissimo giardino, che trasmette molta pace e relax. Assolutamente consigliato!
