Fabulous value!
Excellent location - 1 minute walk from the train station. Superb value room. Felt safe. Was clean and had a kettle, tea, coffee etc. Small balcony to catch some fresh air. Breakfast was served at a friendly bar opposite the station - we chose a croissant and 2 coffees each from within our allowance - just perfect!
The residence is located in a street without a name and only when you look closely at the apartment names do you see the Hotel advertised. A little better signage would be helpful.

Definitely recommended for those looking for a simple, nice place to stay. Walking distance to all one needs for a fine holiday all‘italiana: beach, bars, restaurants and cultural events on the airy coast or charming old town. Breakfast at Bar Matteotti to start the day. Very friendly and welcoming staff!

Good place to stay for short visits.
The room was a good size and kept very clean. The location was ideal for my visit as it meant I didn't have to walk too far.
The bed was not very comfortable. The shower cubicle was too small.

good position and breakfast was included
very hard to find as it isn’t a hotel. it’s an apartment with individually let rooms - and the only sign you are in the right place is a name amongst a list of bells for the block. which is fine if you know that’s what you’re looking for. no one answered the bell and I had to phone the number in the email and wait for a very nice chap to come with the key. it was lucky someone in a nearby cafe new it as I would never have found it. also the shower cubicle is very small. water good and hot though.
