The location is great, we did not need a car in the three months we stayed there, as we could use Bel 'n Pel to get around on days we needed to go somewhere else. I loved that they had a cleaning team come in once a week and renew towels, bedding and kitchen cloths etc. I loved the big garden and pool and the fact that there were kids for my son to play with every day. The guest manager was always ready to help if there was something we needed.
It's not a unit problem, but it would be super nice if they could have an intercom system installed so you can allow entry to the gate from the house, as every time we had a taxi, food delivery, guests or other delivery, we had to walk all the way to the other side to let them in. We once or twice missed deliveries as they could not contact us from the gate, and we did not have an SA phone number. But I can't really think of anything negative about staying there, it was a great place to stay.

I loved how central the apartment was from the Lagoon, the Spar and basically all the boutiques and shops. The host Hugo was so friendly and hospitable. The apartment was so neat and tidy and all the facilities within were well looked after.

Leuk appartement in een besloten omgeving, appartement heeft onderhoud nodig, kapotte zonwering in slaapkamers, geen goede verduistering in slaapkamers met straatverlichting voor de deur, voordeur slot defect, ontbreekt een normale spiegel in badkamer, kapotte stoel in buitenzit( niet zoals op foto), nogal last van de zijburen door harde muziek en luid praten, appartement zit een beetje in een volkswijk, met veel verhuur.
