For kiting this is a top location and very convenient apartment. Back garden with tap to clean and dry the gear. Car parking in front of the apartment.
The complex of buildings looks depressing and you can hear noises from neighbors. The apartment inside is nicer, except for the very bright lights. Double bed is small (1,2m) and should be replaced because it has the shape of a hammock.

Great location, walking distance to kite schools, restuarants and the lagoon. Property host very friendly and helpful.
Minor upgrades recommended to property host however nothing serious.
