Nivica Lifestyle Apartment

Location and very family friendly. It had everything we needed. It was a cold weekend but they had lots of extra blankets which made it comfortable for us. A dishwasher was a bonus. We loved it. Sonja and Reinhardt made our stay easy and comfortable.

Nivica is extremely central. We absolutely loved everything about the apartment. Especially with our daughter being allergic to dust she never had 1 allergic reaction throughout our stay. The apartment boasts beautiful finishings from crisp clean bedding, the fluffy towels, furniture to everything one could need for a comfortable happy stay. The apartment has everything. From an iron right down to pegs for the horse rack. The apartment itself is well equipped with sufficient bedding for those cold nights as well as extra pillows. I love that I could keep an eye on my kids when they went down to the pool, from the kitchen window. It also boasts a beautiful balcony with a gas braai with chairs and table to just sit and absorb the beautiful nature around us with the view of the sea. Nivica is a very peaceful place to stay as there was no loud music or roudyiness or noise. The kids absolutely loved the pool. Thank you to Reynhardt for your kindness and to his co host Sonja such a lovely lovely lovely lady that made our check in and our stay a wonderful and pleasant one for our family of 4. Thank you 💐

Property was easy to access

For a property that’s listed on booking.com it surely is not accommodating. As per the rules on booking.com it states that no parties after 22:00 but at 20:07 we received a call that the neighbours are complaining and that shortly after that we received complaints that we were talking loudly. Bad bad experience if you ask me
