Clean and tidy throughout

Clean and tidy , nice shower facilities, warm and cosy

No TV control box , previous customer stole it and no other way to switch tv on and off . Advertised as a bed and breakfast accommodation, couldn’t find reception to hand key in so left it in the room

I couldn't enter the house because the owner gave us wrong code, but thankfully he managed to give us a correct one after a phone call.

My stay was extremely good.

Actually i did not sleep in the guest house i only stayed for few hours but the stay was excellent staff was very helpful and polite.

Basic and don't expect too much.

Room was clean but basic. Take an extra pillow if you like comfort, otherwise ok. Nice hot shower and body/hand-wash plus toilet roll provided. Price wise ok, but have paid less including breakfast with far more facilities at other premises. Shared kitchen area, with room numbers on cupboards, you will need to take your own tea/coffee and milk. There is a shared fridge in the kitchen and cups and saucers in the allocated cupboard. Close to town centre and loads of takeaways 10 minutes walk away and a shop about 3 or 4 mins away. Overall, ok but definitely a no frills establishment.

Owners didn't send check in code's, luckily young lady resident contacted them and finally got us the key. When she spoke they expected booking.com to send check in info. I have used booking.com for years now and always the landlords/owners have directly messaged prior to check in..

Clean and comfortable and ideal for my requirements.

Easy to find with parking. Comfortable bed and compact. Good clean shower and w/c area which included hand soap liquid and shampoo/conditioner. Well placed TV. Coffee, sugar supplied as well as washing up essentials along with small cooking hob, oven, fridge, microwave and toaster. Table and 2 chairs in TV/sleeping area with 2 place settings with crockery and cutlery.

Just some decorating attention to detail really, was clean but quite basic.

I did not stop in this hostel. This is not a guest house as advertised just a HMO. There is no sign outside, no instructions to check in no contact phone number. Curtains hanging from windows. This should not be on a repuutable site like booking.com

Great stay in Wellingborough

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet , on a saturday night ! very good shower and very clean shower/toilet area. Very good value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our telephone contact with the proprietor before we arrived was excellent. He literally couldn't have been more helpful

Alles in allem wars recht ordentlich

Die Lage war für mich optimal hatte kein Frühstück gebucht hatte aber eine Küche um selber Frühstück oder so zu kochen

Es war wieder einmal kein Schlüssel vorhanden musste zuerst telefonieren
