Quartier facile d'accès, calme et agréable, avec des restaurants sympa au alentours. Emplacement pratique, proche des attractions principales et facile pour se déplacer.

La propreté laisse à désirer, notamment dans la salle de bain où il y avait de la moisissure sur les joints. Le linge de douche présentait également des tâches. Le lit est petit et le manque de double vitrage rend la chambre bruyante et laisse passer l’air froid, avec en plus des courants d’air sous la porte. L’appartement était assez froid et le chauffage met beaucoup de temps à chauffer. Enfin, certains équipements sont à revoir, comme une ampoule clignotante dans la salle de bain.

Good location, only about 10-15 mins walk from Royal Mile and plenty of small supermarkets really close for provisions. Flat was warm and comfortable and had everything we needed. Key collection was simple.

Hubby kept banging his knee on the glass coffee table! Would have been good to have the same internal secondary glazing in the bedroom like the living room but we didn't find the road noise too loud.

Self catering, so we took our own supplies. Comfy place and heating worked well as chilly most evenings we were there. Shower was really good and bathroom clean, as was the fridge.

Previous occupant had left a shirt in the wardrobe, Which made us think the cleaners hadn't been thorough enough, so, for the sake of hygiene, we thoroughly cleaned all the items we were going to use in the kitchen. I did take photos of these unclean areas in case there was an issue over it..but felt it warranted more communication from the owner after I reported it.
