Cosy Studio Apartment - Pass the Keys

The beautiful room, the hot water, the heating in the room and the bathroom products that were supplied, they smelt great.

In one of the baskets for belongings, there was a pair of underwear in there. I did throw it out though.

I loved the studio!! The location is fantastic—it’s close to everything and very convenient both for walking and using public transport. The studio is very pleasant and comfortable, fully equipped and really nice. The bathroom is great, with a large bathtub to relax in after a long day of exploring. The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped—even with condiments! We loved it, highly recommended.

The stairs to enter the apartment. 3 flights up but the lack of handrails made getting luggage downstairs precarious.

The harassment from the Pass the Keys and Truvi genuinely one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. Over 100 messages about the same thing , getting more money from us , when check in information had been given to me. Terrible system and scare mongering. Id advise Louise to ditch them asap if she wants to continue letting out the flat. We didnt give our information and Id advise anyone to ignore them , you receive the information and do not need to give them £500 refundable or £40 non refundable , dont do it , its not needed ! Play them at their own game , act like a bot like them. Flat smelt of smoke and musty, toilet filthy had to clean it ourselves. Oven failed pat test , no aire fryer or alternative provided that worked. Sash windows and blinds old and kept the flat cold. Bed comfortable and good location for the fringe.
