The room size was neither too big nor too small - it was decent. Talking about the AC, all of them were working fine except one where the remote wasn’t working due to dead batteries. I informed the owner and he got it changed immediately. The property is well maintained. No cobwebs or insects anywhere. The room had a towel, soap, clean bed sheets and pillow covers, and they provided a bedsheet too. The room is good overall and also has a balcony. I paid around ₹8000 for 2 days for 7 people. Since it’s in Kochi area, I didn’t have high expectations of getting something amazing for 8k where 7 of us were staying. But overall, you have to adjust somewhere. Nothing is 100% perfect.

A few small suggestions for improvement: It would be great if a stand could be placed in the kitchen for the utensils, as keeping them on the slab doesn’t look as neat. There were a few ants on every rooms wall as well - maybe something can be done to address that. I really appreciate that you arranged cleaning again right after we requested it. If possible, a quick double-check before guests check in would make the experience even better. Also, kindly consider not allowing smoking inside the property. It was well located and clean. The staff were excellent - helpful and really welcoming.

The kitchen could be better equipped - with a fridge etc.
