I had a very pleasant stay at Joseph’s Homestay. The check-in process was smooth and arranged without any delay. The staff were extremely polite, courteous, and always willing to help in every possible way.

Great location. Great Aircon (very important).
Was disappointed that we had notified time of arrival in advance (9 pm) although we were seven minutes late, there was nobody to meet us. We sent a message to the WhatsApp number shown on reception, still nobody came. Was 40 minutes later when somebody eventually arrived and told us we should have used the lower WhatsApp number, not the upper one because the upper one was broken. Although clearly just displayed as the one to use still. Also in comparison to other places we’ve stayed in Kochi it was fairly basic and a little expensive.
