Great quiet location, well sign posted down alley from road. An easy walk to main tourist sights. Good quality linens and firm pillows. Optional AC A/C Air conditioning available for a small fee, otherwise 2 strong fans in our quad room if you can cope better than us with the heat. Shared communal spaces, interior and exterior. Hot water as needed. Lovely hosts, very helpful. Great value for money, basic but comfortable.

My bed was a little hard for my taste, but other beds in the room were softer. A hand towel for the bathroom would have been useful. Breakfast options a little limited within easy walking distance- this of course is not within the control of the hosts, but do plan ahead particularly if you have an early start.

Missed a kitchen

I really like the location and had amazing time every eveing going near to beach to enjoy the breeze. Overall was good location to be at.

I did not liked to know it was non AC and give extra charges for it, it was bit of surprise for me. So be ready to pay more money it can be good plus amount that you may pay for having AC. I understand it is summer whole year and AC is needed and it costs more for owners to keep it running. Other then that I belive please do use all filters of booking. com to take what you really want else you may get shocks like me. Also,the water is not clean across the sea around Fort Kochi and even around Kochi in genral, because of that we coudndnt swim at all. BUt we saw places listed in maps and had great time eating ocal food and did backwater rides.
