Probably one of the best homestay you can get in Kochi. Very beautiful house with lots of plants, big rooms with AC, ensuite, balconies, share living room and kitchen. Very very nice owners.

We had a wonderful stay at Lazar Residency. Run by a beautiful, kind family who were accommodating and helped us with our onward travel plans. Good location, and the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Staff is good.Room was Neat. They are attending our calls whenever needed to switch on AC etc .
Breakfast is not there Parking is an issue. Price is bit high when compared to the facilities we offered
