La propreté et le calme de l'appartement, idéalement situé, non loin des transports en commun.
Peut-être prévoir une machine à café plutôt que juste une bouilloire ? ;-)

Very big, nice central location. Nice host!
Warm water took a long time to come, can’t use the toaster, wholes in the window filled with a towel.

Апартаменти знаходяться на 4 поверсі, є ліфт, під'їзд виглядає доволі охайно, при вході в під'їзд є смітник. Сама квартира простора, все було прибрано. Тепло, вночі навіть було дещо жарко. Порадувало що є духовка.
Як писали інші відгуки, якщо залишити якусь їжу на кухні появляться маленькі мурашки. Помітили що і в ванній теж появилися, думаю лізуть з каналізації. Також при використанні духовки, через 40 хвилин вибило електрику в квартирі. Спробували наосліп відключити духову піч з розетки, але переплутали провід і відключили натомість посудомийку, світло ввімкнулося і більше не вибивало (хоча посудомийкою ми не користувалися). З тої самої причини боялися діставати електричний чайник, хоча він був, тому воду гріли в каструлях. Також хоч ліжка і зручні але дуже скриплять.
