La casa abbastanza pulita e accogliente. Grande e spaziosa per 7/8 persone. Letti e cuscini comodi. Con sapone mani e asciugamani per tutti. Purtroppo le finestre non attutiscono il rumore della strada, sia persone che auto. Uno dei due bagni puzzava moltissimo di fogna. A parte questo tutto nella media.
Palazzo internamente un po fatiscente. Appena si entra c’è una puzza fortissima di spazzatura a causa dei bidoni interni al palazzo, inoltre più volte è capitato di incontrare barboni che ci scavassero dentro. Ciò mi fa pensare che il portone non sia così sicuro. Zona non tranquillissima a causa di vari locali.

El apartamento es muy amplio y luminoso, las camas cómodas. Fueron muy amables al dejarnos hacer el checkin antes de tiempo. La ubicación, al lado del metro, tranvía y autobuses. También tenía varios supermercados cerca.
Faltan detalles como algún trapo o papel de cocina, así como alguna bolsa de basura para reponer, y sobre todo, alguna persiana o cortina que tape la luz al amanecer, ya que nos despertábamos a las 5 a.m. con un fuerte resplandor en las habitaciones. Tuvimos que comprar antifaces.

Muy buena ubicación para visitar la ciudad, la vivienda es amplia y con calefacción, tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días, es una vivienda antigua y se nota que algunas instalaciones tienen años, otras están reformadas y mejoradas.
Creo que podría mejorarse el cierre de algunas ventanas y sería de agradecer que las habitaciones tuvieran un armario.
