Clean and comfortable, great location, really attentive staff

A couple of details like shower drain wasn’t great or towels although clean smelt a bit of humidity

El vídeo que envían para poder abrir las puertas no coincidía era un poco confuso, la entrada es muy sucia pero una vez estás en el piso ya es otra cosa. Son duplex y escuchas cada vez que entra alguien al pasillo.

The apartment was clean and in a very convenient location, with plenty of cafés and grocery stores nearby and easy access to public transportation. There are some lively bars in the area, but the apartment is well insulated, so outside noise was not much of an issue. The beds were very comfortable. One thing to be aware of is that the loft bedroom is reached by fairly steep stairs, which may be a consideration for some guests.

The kitchen was not very well equipped for cooking. There were plenty of plates and silverware, but no sharp knife, spatula, salad bowl, kitchen towels, or paper towels. We requested some of these items, but by the time we received a response, we had already purchased our own knife and paper towels. We were eventually provided with one cloth towel and a small sponge, and we had to ask a cleaner we happened to meet in the building for an additional cleaning cloth. A broom was provided when we requested one. The loft area also gets quite warm because the air conditioning does not reach it very well. We requested a fan but did not receive a response. The biggest issue, however, was access to the building and apartment. The entry system was unnecessarily complicated, involving four different codes and proximity fobs for various doors. Midway through our stay, the building's security/access system changed, and the new procedure was not communicated to us clearly. We were only able to get back into the apartment because we happened to encounter other tenants who knew the code for a new proximity-fob box, which was in a different location. Fortunately, there was one fob left in the box. Had the box been empty, we are not sure how we would have gotten back in. Despite requesting it three times, we never received the code for the new fob box, which also meant we could not return the fob at the end of our stay. This may have been an unusual situation related to a change in building management or the security system, but communication about it was poor and caused unnecessary stress. Finally, the common areas of the apartment building are rather dirty and there are numerous broken tiles in the hallways. The apartment itself, however, was clean.
