La limpieza del apartamento y la ubicación.
El apartamento esta reformado con gusto pero las calidades muy malas, en el baño la barra de la ducha, el portarollo papell wc y la manilla de la puerta estaban rotos.

Dużo usterek takich jak wypadające klamki, ruszającą się bateria prysznicowa, nieprzymocowana umywalka

La ubicación no es mala porque estás en el barrio judío y el apartamento en si es cómodo
Las instalaciones son muy viejas, el portal da miedo, encontrar el apartamento es complicado, el código de ingreso (la máquina) se cae, la ducha no funcionaba bien, el aire hacía mucho ruido…. Le faltan varios retoques y no da mucha seguridad de cara al exterior
