Wonderful DESIGN Apartment In the City Centre

I liked the hosts because he addressed our needs. He gave us ample supplies of tissue and laundry soap as well as extra towels. And also wipes. Very helpful for us. The aircon was awesome. There were 2. One in the bedroom and the other in the living room. The washing machine, refrigerator, television, blinds, microwave, stove were working properly. It was easy to access the apartment because the host sent us a video which was very easy to follow. The apartment was really nice because the tv was large and it was easy to connect to the hosts. He sent his staff to help us with some stuff. It has a 1 and 1/2 baths. Very helpful for us as we were 4. There is a delonghi coffee maker but the coffee pods we bought did not fit. There were no capsules for the coffee. It was a good sized apartment. One queen bed and 1 sofa bed. The location is great because it's near the tram and taxi is easy to book via uber. There is a lift good for 2 people. Its about 2 km to the main train station and you can walk if your luggage is not heavy. Its also about 2 km to the parliament. It's near the St. Stephen Church. Must try- there is a korean restaurant near it. chicken was so delicious as well as the tofu soup.

It was above the burger joint as well as fronting bars. The noise was really bad because people were in drinking mode till late morning like 7 am. It was hard to sleep for us. It was the F1 season. The apartment was on the second floor. Even if you turn the electric blinds, sound can still be heard. There was trash once you enter the building. It was only on our last night did the building management clean the trash at the entrance. If it were not for the trash, the apartment would have been perfect but it became yucky because of the trash. You have to walk through that and bring it to the apartment. We asked for an extra mat from the host and he gave us one. We did not bring our shoes to the apartment to ensure no bacteria. It's not disable friendly as there are about 5 steps to the lift. We informed the host before booking that we had a wheelchair. He forgot to mention the steps. It was difficult for our mother. Everyday she to walk through the steps. But if you are able, it's not a problem as there is the lift and the stairs. The tenants and owners were helpful whenever they see our mom. They always try to assist us. It was also scary going to the apartment as the corridor is very narrow and you can fall. We had a wheelchair.

the windows need some kind of soundproof. the location is great, however there is a problem that is in a “party area” and there is no double window or soundproof systemso you don’t get a good sleep.
