Very pleasant stay.

The location is amazing. The view from the balcony is pretty (on a not foggy day, I could see a little bit of the lake). The room was clean and quiet, and had all of the necessities on-site.

Wonderful apartment

Expensive, basic, and frustrating.

No breakfast.

Listing was not accurate: no dining table to work on, just a bar, intermittent internet, poor soundproofing, no fan, half a roll of toilet paper for a week... and communication made checkin a challenge, sounded threatening, raised price with cleaning fees and taxes and failed to provide Ticino card bus pass that was supposed to be for anyone staying in Ticino. No response to query. Also, signs saying no potable water, with no explanation. Construction zone. Garbage overflowing on street from the bin up the stairs. No shades or privacy curtains even for the shower. Not recommended.

Nice Place, crazy expensive fees

The room was nice, clean and perfectly located. Overall a great location.

After the booking you get messages with crazy fees in it: ------------ 1) If you leave personal items in the apartment after check-out, Easylife Swiss is not responsible for their delivery or shipment. If you wish to retrieve the items from our warehouse, a fee of 300 CHF will be charged. 2) Please take the key and keep it carefully, losing it will cost CHF 500. [...] In case of loss of the key, the replacement cost is 700 CHF. Please be very careful, as we would regret having you incur this penalty. -------------- I travel a lot, but a charge of 300 for a lost item is something new to me. Also if you lost a key they might charge you 1200 CHF In 2025 with the possibility of electronic door locks, this seems like a scam.

Bien placé, propre, mais très bruyant

Emplacement dans la ville, donc idéal pour toutes commodités bien équipé et confort récent

trop bruyant, avec les voisins du dessus, qui viennent faire la fête. ça dépend sur qui vous tombez...

Un studio très bien équipé et très proche de la gare.

La proximité avec la gare est très pratique. La propreté était impeccable et les installations dans la salle de bain et de la cuisine étaient très modernes.

Le deux matelas séparés avec le mini-vide au milieu > pas top pour le confort. Et pas de prise électrique à proximité du lit.

Lindo apartamento. Recomendable.

Muy cómodo. El balcón y la luz lo hacía agradable. El baño muy moderno. Cerca de la estación.

Costó mucho encontrar el lugar ya que nunca encontramos la calle Salita dei Frati 15. En la puerta está el número 5 de otra calle. No había adaptador para cargar el celular, todos eran con 3 patas. Las almohadas pueden mejorar.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und komfortabel. Perfekt als Alleinreisender. Die Lage und die Aussicht waren super. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt dort. Kann es jedem empfehlen.

Die Küchenausstattung hätte etwas besser sein können. Z.B. ein paar basics an Gewürzen oder Öl wären sehr praktisch

Semplicemente fantastico!

Il soggiorno presso la struttura è stato fantastico, l'appartamento seppur piccolo aveva tutti i comfort di cui avevo bisogno. Era pulito e accogliente, in una posizione strategica (vicino alla stazione, ma a due passi dal centro e dall'università) e in un contesto silenzioso. Tutto l'arredamento era nuovissimo e una lode va fatta al letto: davvero comodo! Dalla finestra si vedeva uno scorcio del lago, è stato bellissimo!

Non ci sono state cose che non mi sono piaciute, in realtà. L'unica cosa, forse, è di specificare che il wi-fi è un po' instabile, ma per le mie esigenze è comunque andato benissimo! Nel caso in cui non funzionasse, c'erano le istruzioni per farlo ripartire.

Super Location, tolle Lage. Passte perfekt für 3 Nächte!

Neu, sauber, coole Ausstattung, sehr schöne Nasszelle.

Man könnte auf dem kleinen Balkon noch 2 Klappstühle und ein Tischchen hinstellen. Das Bettsofa ist sehr bequem, aber bei 2 Personen hätte ich meine Zweifel. Es knarrt auch ein wenig. Habe aber wunderbar geschlafen alleine.

Monolocale nuovo e pulito. Comodo per chi viene in treno in quanto vicino alla stazione. Consigliatissimo!
