Sleepless night in beautiful surroundings

Location is good - just in the very old city - 50m to the lakeside promenade with the view to San Salvatore. Bars, cafés, restaurants are all there. It is 150m from the parking lot.

We could not sleep that night because of noise from broken fridge - it is to be replaced. It is 150m from parking lot - you better get less luggage. And, as a rule, it is not free - only in the night.

Nice idyllic location for a stopover or short break

Only stayed as a overnight stop but was clean, location once found was ideal, 2 minutes to the lake with cafes and bars

Could do with a blind over the window to the alley, I had trouble finding it but that could just be me? Local cafe owner pointed out the alleyway to the property, overnight parking for a motorcycle in municipal car park was free and the area was safe

it a bit hard to find the place but the owner were very kind to guide us from the carpark.

A nice simple place for a good price

A small apartment in a charming Italian living complex. It was airconditioned, and it had a kitchen. We also had no problems with the wifi. Chantal was very friendly. The lake was very close by.

Be aware there is a sofa bed (that requires some instruction). The view from the apartment is not very interesting. A water cooker would've been handy.

The host was super friendly and explained very well the environnement of the apartment. It was super clean and quiet.

Conveneint, clean, well situated, welcoming and excellent value

The host met us and offered to help with baggage. It is situated in a cool courtyard up from the lakeside promenade, its quiet, yet less than a minute from restaurants. It is clean and has a working air conditioning. The host helped us to find free parking.

A little piece of paradise

Absolutely everything exceeded my expectations - it was so easy to find, the hosts were lovely and gave awesome recommendations for going out and a warm friendly welcome, like all the others in Campione too :) The apartment is spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped, I was so comfortable there! And the location is perfect right in the charming center.

There is some light sound travelling through the walls at night, but in a courtyard in amongst the cobbled Center this can be expected and the cool dark comfort of the place made for a more than good sleep anyway

Absolut Top Lage und für die Gegend ist die Preis/Leistung echt OK.

Die Lage ist absolut Top. In 1-2 Gehminuten ist man bei dem Anlegesteg für die Schiffe. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in ca. 2-3 Gehminuten sehr gut zu erreichen. Der öffentlicher Parkplatz ist ebenfalls in ca. 2-3 Gehminuten sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Erklärung für das Auffinden der Unterkunft wurde mit Bildern und Text sehr gut erklärt. Das Bett war erstaunlich bequem.

Alles prima und JEDERZEIT WIEDER! Die beste Unterkunft in der gesamten Italienreise!!! Sehr netter Kontakt (zudem deutschsprechend :-) ), problemlose Ankunft und Zugang mit Bildern genau erklärt! Sogar für die extra Parkplatzsuche (zu der Reisezeit fand ein Oldtimer-Rennen statt) gab es hilfreiche Tipps und Infos! Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.

Praticamente Al centro di Campione d’Italia, abbiano un po’ faticato xke avevamo i bagagli e la camera era al terzo piano senza ascensore di uno stabile nel centro storico. 10 metri a piedi e sei sul porticciolo quindi al centro. Posizione struttura 9 posizione camera 5 per via delle scale. Parcheggio moto free disponibile poco distante più o meno 50mt vicino il casinó. Ristorantini a portata di mano.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu

Bardzo ładny mały apartament, jest wszystko co potrzeba, blisko do centrum gdzie sa knajpki i jezioro. Troche szukalismy miejsca gdzie sie znajduje. Można pomyśleć nad wywieszeniem małej tebliczki wskazującej kierunek do apartamentu. Właściciele bardzo mili, pomimo ze wejscie bylo od 15, pani wpuscila nas szybciej. Nie bylo problemu

Wszystko bylo ok, troche przeszkadza cerata pod prysznicem.

Ottima la posizione, vicino a Bar , ristoranti e fronte lago. A pochi metri dal casinò.

In bagno ,sotto il wc c'erano dei teli per assorbire la fuoriuscita del tubo del wc stesso dovuto probabilmente a una rottura o una perdita. Doccia con telo e non con bosco e l'acqua arriva ovunque. Un solo telo a persona disponibile per doccia, mani, intimo e tutto.

Sconsigliata

Prenotata camera da 39 mq, assegnata camera più piccola. Lo sportello del freezer rotto e fissato con un pezzo di scottex, che è cascato all'apertura dell'anta del frigo. Sotto il water c'erano due grossi stracci che servivano a contenere la perdita di acqua dallo sciacquone. Piatto doccia scivoloso e sfornito di tappetino antiscivolo. Padelle bruciate e poco pulite, caffetteria senza guarnizione. Strofinaccio per la cucina macchiato e bucato. Mancano i comodini ai lati del letto, nessuna abajour. Bagno sprovvisto di bidet. Buona la posizione, molto gentile e disponibile la signora che ci ha indicato come raggiungere l'alloggio. Asciugamani puliti.

soggiorno piacevole a Campione d'Italia

posizione bellissima proprio nel centro della città, istruzioni per raggiungere l'appartamento e per effettuare il check in molto chiare (essendo in un vicoletto non si trova con il navigatore ma grazie alle istruzioni è facilissimo!). Molto apprezzata la stufetta nel bagno !

Siamo arrivati verso sera, e sarebbe stato gradevole trovare un paio di bottigliette di acqua in camera, ma l'appartamento era comunque molto accogliente
