Amazing

Good apartment in a very beautiful location. The town's vibe has a medieval feel to it, many tourists are locals, beautiful streets and astounding views of the lake. There is a free parking spot nearby, but its small and there is no guarantee there will be space to park. The parking lot by the townhall is paid, but parking is free for the night (8pm-8am). Highly recommend Grotto Rialdo restaurant, just 5 mins away, it has good quality food abd its cheaper than other places. The host was friendly and helped us with any questions we had. I highly recommend this place.

The main gate to the apartment complex looks like its locked, but you just have to push it real hard, we struggled to get in. Keep in mind there is limited parking space. Also keep in mind that Italian service is unavailable in the area, as it is surrounded by Switzerland and is covered by Swiss providers.

Good base for the look-around trip

A bit difficult to locate. But it is really there. Hot water was present - no complaints. Very functional for simple traveller needs. Excellent base to visit Lugano and namely Morcote with the Scherrer park!

A little further parking might be a problem for heavily packed folks. The owen was present, but when we tried to cook - not working. Swiss sockets in Italian are was a surprise. No WiFi promised, none delivered - in combination with the zero SwissCom support - it was a very relaxing night with no info inflow.

Well equipped 1 room studio apt.in the charming old part of town.

Diffucult to find the adress on maps, since via Bomino is just a little alley in the charming old city. However the host was helpful to guide me via messages.

The studio was well equipped. However, couldn't figure out how to drae down the curtain in the kitchen for the night.

Friendly budget for a short stay

It was very good for our one night stay. The location was very nice. It has a good restaurant on the bottom. For a short stay is perfect. It even had a little kitchen inside.

it’s a spacious studio apartment for my daughter and I. the best is it’s very near the lake with many restaurants around. it’s quite and peaceful. all our basic needs were met as we just wanted to stay night in our travel in Switzerland

Superb

Great location for our travels to Lugano. Clean and quiet location. There was an excellent wine bar within a 1 minute walk called Wine Out, would highly recommend it.

The free parking wasn't close enough to the room. We paid for parking close by.

Cozy studio owned by a very helpful host and close to a beautiful lake

Super friendly host! Chantal gave us very good info about the nearby beach, shop, car parking. There was some confusion about the number of beds in the room but Chantal quickly added an extra bed for us. Top service! The Lago di Lugano is also an AMAZING location! Such a nice view when you exit the studio and go towards the shore. Very nice area at walking distance for swimming as well.

It was a bit small but it’s also a studio. :)

Clean, affordable and centric location

Everything Anna’s Home apartments is fantastic. From the fare to facilities. Good healing system at wintertime, cleanliness and the personal treatment of Chantal, its proprietary. She extended my stay a few hours until I finish my working meetings.

Breve ma soddisfacente

Gentilezza e cordialità in tutto, abbiamo avuto delle piccole necessità che sicuramente non erano di competenza della struttura, ma la proprietaria ci ha supportato anche durante la notte dell'ultimo dell'anno.

Il parcheggio non era gratuito come segnalato perché chiedeva il disco orario con tempistiche ridotte per la sosta.

Die Betten waren das Beste

Die Nähe zum See ist wirklich beachtenswert.

Ohne den netten Mann, der uns auf der Straße angesprochen hat, hätten wir die Unterkunft nicht gefunden. Sie ist sehr versteckt in einem Innenhof. Man muss wirklich die Nachrricht, die in Englisch kommt, sehr genau lesen.

La magia del lago ad ottobre

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura diverse volte e ci siamo sempre trovate bene: posizione eccellente, a pochi passi dal lungolago e dal Casinò di Campione; l'appartamento è pulito e funzionale. Questa volta eravamo nell'app.to al piano alto, qdi era anche luminoso!! La proprietaria è sempre gentilissima! Lo consiglio vivamente!

Die Lage war super. Die Wegbeschreibung von Chantal war sehr verständlich und hilfreich.

Ein Kritikpunkt gab es: Ich trinke gerne Kaffee am Morgen und bringe meine Utensilien ( Zucker, Rahm, Filter mit). Es ist eine Kaffeemaschine im Appartement vorhanden, jedoch hat der Stecker nicht in die Steckdose gepasst. Und die Steckdose oberhalb der Einbauküche ist gebrochen, was zur einem Stromschlag führen könnte. Ist zum Glück nichts passiert, da es nicht möglich war die Kaffeemaschine in Gebrauch zu nehmen

Due giorni a Campione d’Italia

L’appartamento si trova in una posizione eccellente: a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata del pullman e a 1 minuto dal traghetto. L’alloggio era dotato di tutto il necessario e lo spazio era sufficiente per due persone.

L’esperienza con l’host è stata molto negativa, la peggiore che ci sia mai capitata. Già diversi giorni prima del nostro arrivo avevamo scritto sia su Booking che su WhatsApp per chiedere indicazioni precise sull’indirizzo (che sul portale non era ben specificato), ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta. Il giorno stesso del check-in abbiamo dovuto insistere scrivendo e chiamando più volte finché ci è stato detto che erano in vacanza e non avevano avuto tempo di risponderci. Al nostro arrivo ci era stato comunicato che avremmo trovato le chiavi dell’appartamento davanti alla porta, ma non c’erano. Dopo un’attesa, una ragazza si è affacciata e ci ha aiutato, indicandoci un altro alloggio. Inoltre, non ci sono mai state fornite istruzioni chiare su come effettuare il check-out e, quando abbiamo scritto per chiedere dove lasciare le chiavi, non abbiamo più ricevuto alcuna risposta. Un altro aspetto negativo è che il pavimento in parquet scricchiolava molto, rendendo l’ambiente con un fastidioso rimbombo dei nostri stessi passi.

Situato vicino al lago e al centro

La finestra e sulla una stradina stretta e buia. L’appartamento si trova al pianoterra. Il pavimento e freddissimo, anche bagno e molto freddo perché non ci sono i termosifoni ma riscaldamento elettrico. Poi un’altra cosa che mi dispiaciuta e trovare il minimo sapone liquidò mischiato con l’acqua. Non c’è un shampoo o bagnoschiuma. Penso che non sia il risparmio, è avidità.
