Access was easy once I found the place and the room was very comfortable and clean. The location close to waterfront and cafes was fantastic. For the price in a very expensive area, this is great value!
Phone reception was poor due to surrounding buildings presumably and wifi didn't seem to be provided, so you have to go outside to do anything on-line. Power points were limited and there was nowhere to put soap/body wash in the shower except on the floor but these are small things.

La posizione per esplorare è ottima, vicini a lugano. Il personale ci è venuto in soccorso non essendoci in casa un Adattatore per presa italiana Vs presa Svizzera. Anche se purtroppo prima di portarci l'adattatore sono passate un paio di ore. La TV anche se piccola aveva la possibilità di vedere yt e netflix, piacevole sorpresa.
Posizione scomoda per le valige, tocca camminare un po' (tipo 3 minuti a piedi) con tutte le valige. Fortunatamente una signora ci ha visti e ci ha aiutato a capire quale fosse l'ingresso, che è nascosto. Doccia molto sporca, arrugginita, vecchia. La casa in sé è vecchia, ma alcune cose potrebbero essere migliorate.
