The small flat is located ca 10 Minutes feom Lugano main station (by bus), and a good 20 minutes walknfrom the lake. 15 minutes to nice outdoor trails in the other direction. There are two supermarkets nearby. It has a small room with a very comfortable double bed and integrated kitchen and a small bath. Enough for two people for a week. The hosts are very nice. Although check-in was contactless and automatized, the management was very helpful in providing us the Ticino tickets (savings of ca 100Chf on transport and cable car).
The walls are thin. However, the neighbours did not party so it was quiet at night so no problem.

L'emplacement et la petite terrasse.
La douche qui fuit, le robinet de la cuisine qui bouge beaucoup, la porte des WC qui ne ferme pas, la grosse toile d'araignée dans les WC.
Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas obtenir de capsules à café compatibles avec la machine à café, à la Coop juste en face.
