Good location to centre. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was clean. Has a small kitchen with cutlery. Nice balcony view.

It was quite small, and the bathroom was quite tight, especially with the door.

Good value for money for a short stay in Lugano

Conveniently located close to supermarkets and in a quiet neighborhood, but not too far from the city center. Everything you need for a short stay to visit Lugano. Attentive and caring staff always available. Smooth check-in and check-out.

There was a problem with the door when we arrived, but it was immediately resolved by the staff, who offered us an accommodation close by and made us quickly forget about the trouble. Very professional.

A bit far from center, in a residential neighborhood. Rather compact for people travelling on a budget is perfect. Check- out at 10 seems early.

Brilliant

Brilliant stay, we have refreshed our heads so much, and of course partly it was the city itself, but also partly because of this accommodation with comfy mattress and nice kitchenette for breakfast and quick snacks. Balcony, private shower and of course good wifi were game changers as well!

Super stay! We are frequent travelers to Switzerland and unfortunately we often have average experience with apartment providers. This apartment was SPOTLESS CLEAN, with all the items in the apartment functioning and the host truly available to help. REALLY REALLY RECOMMENDED!

This is a nice property, accessible by bus into town, with a communicative and helpful host!

I liked that the property was very clean. It was clear that someone took great care to make sure of that. We ran into a little snag at the beginning...and I like that the host made every effort to make things right!

Perhaps the website can add information about how to get from the train station to the property. Also, let travelers know when booking that air conditioning doesn't start until June 21. It would be nice to mention that there is a COOP grocery store right across the street!

A very bad accommodation in an otherwise wonderful tourist town!

Central Location, Coop store right in front.

1) Wrong address given ( 10 instead of 10A) 2) Total lack of communication from owner side 3) Owner misguided the locker/key details for entry, took repeated messaging and standing in open rain for 1 hour before correct details were given to us. 4) Just 2 small shampoo sachets & 2 small hand towels provided for 2 of us for 2 days stay - in the name of free toiletries!! A very very small size bathroom kiosk, any big bodied person just cannot enter it!

Stylish, central and much love for the great host!

Great studio apartment conveniently located in Lugano center, lovely block and quiet area. Supermarket, some cafes, and close to all places, weather was great so we have enjoyed Lugano to the fullest. In the apartment we liked the kitchenette - very handy for quick snacks and the coffee, and the host was an absolute love - so much help and assistance on all of our questions, cannot thank her enough. Loved it, would definitely stay again.

Impressive hospitality, the host lady is very friendly and always just a call away. The apartment is studio, so it is just one room for sleeping + kitchen, and the bathroom, compact but functional!

SUPER VALUE!!

Great value for the money, right in the center, nicely designed, loved the yellow accents. Kitchenette is very useful and well equipped, we haven't used it much, but surely great facility for longer stays, and will save you some dollars on eating out.

Maybe a pillow menu would be nice to implement, but we udnerstand this is an apartment, not a hotel of course.

Absolute Wohlfühl-Garantie im 7. Stock/Himmel

Das Nordic-Appartement liegt im 7. Himmel (Etage) mit atemberaubendem Blick. Man kann die Sauberkeit förmlich sehen & riechen. Die Bettwäsche fühlte sich auf der Hand an wie Seide, obwohl es keine ist. Ausstattung/Küchenutensilien sind sehr grosszügig, wofür viele Unterkünfte in Lugano seit ca. 20 Jahren bekannt sind.

Ihr Office Mitarbeiter Andrea ist ein sehr höflicher, rücksichtsvoller Mensch, der weiss, was Integrität bedeutet. Die zweite Person, Simona, hat eher allergisch auf Fragen reagiert. Anfangs überfreundlich bei "einfach strukturierten Fragen. Als es um das plötzlich auftretende Buchungsproblem für die Verlängerung einer Nacht ging (sage und schreibe 49 Franken), war sie sehr schnell überfordert und abweisend. Wie auch immer. Kann ja nur besser werden.

Tranquila

Ubicación y cercanía a todo lo básico: transporte y supermercado. Andando del centro a 15 minutos. Zona tranquila y gente muy amable.

En la reserva pone que hay utensilios de cocina pero, por ejemplo, no había una sartén básica. Hay dos ollas y una de ellas estaba bastante gastada y no se podía cocinar bien en ella, tuvimos que comprar una. El resto bien, poco utensilio pero bien. Después, las habitaciones están muy poco insonorizadas.

La posizione dell'appartamento è ben servita,vicina alla coop e Lidl,si arriva in centro in 15 max.20 minuti a piedi,

Che la struttura fosse piccola l'avevo letto,di certo però non mi aspettavo un bagno così piccolo(ci si muove a fatica).Non è il massimo della pulizia, quando ho segnalato che i termosifoni funzionano a malapena,si sono solo scusati,ma nessuno ha provveduto a risolvere il problema,di certo non ci tornerò!

Gute Lage, zu Fuss in ca. 30 Min. beim Lido. Schöne Weitsicht auf dem Balkon.

Auf dem Balkon sieht man bis zum San Salvatore. Die Wohnung ist klein - es hat aber alles, was es braucht.

Check-In war nicht so einfach. Es hat gedauert, bis ich den richtigen Eingang gefunden habe.

Posizione buona; camera piccola ma pulita e con letto comodo; c'è anche un balconcino. Molto facile fare il check-in ed il check out.

Situato in una zona ben servita. Via Beltramina. a me serviva qualcosa nei dintorni dell'USI e ci si arriva con una bella passeggiata. L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. posta al 7 piano di una struttura. vi si accede da un corridoio esterno dalla quale è possibile ammirare un panorama strepitoso. sono super soddisfatta.
