Warm apartment. great price for location and very clean

The owner was very nice and the apartment had all we needed and everything was clean and functioning. Very warm in a cold winter.

Parking is not easy unless you use the paying silos. all the rest was very nice

Good value for money

The location is very nice. Francesco was super helpful and reachable. We spent only one night and it was ok.

The sound proofing was really bad. We could hear the neighboors laugh or talk too loud very early in the morning (6am). Also, the air inside the apartment could be improved (it was really wet and un-fresh)

Much cheaper than Lugano, but quite tiny.

The flat is located in the beautiful and quiet village of Sonvico which has stunning views over Lugano and the surrounding mountains. It also has a great Osteria where you can get gorgeous meals centred around grilled meat. The flat stays cool even when it’s hot outside. The bed is quite comfortable. It’s only 30 minutes from the centre of Lugano on the 461 bus.

The flat is very small - one room plus a bathroom. It has two windows but they let in very little light so it’s a bit cave-like. If the sofabed is down there is little access to the kitchen. It’s very tight for 3 people. The kitchen is basically equipped.

Great deal in a beautiful area

The studio has appliances that work very well, even a dishwasher! Beds were comfortable and the studio is very well located and the host is very friendly and helpful. Good wifi. Totally recommended.

The studio is a bit small for 3 people and maybe better blinds could be added in the future to block the light in the morning, but the studio is still great specially at the price. Very good deal.

Nice and clean apartment, a very helpful and friendly owner

A very helpful and kind owner, who provided clear and detailed instructions how to get to the property. He even personally inquired whether everything was clear, calling me at his own expense to my Polish phone number 😳 Clean and well equipped apartment (even with multitool, which saved our access to electric sockets, as we have not equipped ourselves with plugs that are compatible in Switzerland).

Charming place in a beautiful small town outside of Lugano.

We loved the beauty and charm of the town, the amazing views and the comfortable bed. The only downfall was we didn't see a way to make coffee.

Le studio est propre, idéal pour un couple évent.1-2 enfants, comme pied-à-terre lors d'excursions.

Ns avions une cuisine, pas de petit -déjeuner prévu. Ns avons apprécié le calme, la vidéo ns a été d'une grande aide pour trouver le logement, la propreté, le contact téléphonique.

Sans vidéo ns aurions eu bcp de peine à trouver le logement la nuit, il pleuvait bcp. Nous a manqué: une cafetière, une planche, un couteau pour le pain, qlq verres, tasses, petites cuillères ainsi qu'un ouvre boîte, ouvre bouteille. C'était difficile de ranger qlq habits dans une armoire avec pas mal de linge, rien pour poser les valises, pas de table de nuit, de petite lampe, dommage que les lampes murales n'aient pas de caches, les lumières au-dessus de l'évier ainsi que le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnaient pas.

Carino ma scomodo da raggiungere

l'appartamento è carino e confortevole. in una zona tranquilla. in primavera estate deve essere magnifico perchè situato in un piccolo borgo.

purtroppo ho avuto un grosso problema : l'appartamento NON è raggiungibile con l'auto. il proprietario dovrebbe avvisare gli ospiti che non si può arrivare con l'auto (mi sono incastrata tra le viuzze e se non ci fosse stato un gentile signore che mi ha fatto fare mille manovre non avrei saputo come disincastrarmi. oltre ad aver graffiato l'auto mi sono parecchio spaventata). bastava dire che con l'auto si arriva in piazza e poi a piedi si raggiunge l'appartamento. E' vero, il proprietario mi ha mandato un messaggio ma troppo tardi visto che mi ero già avviata verso l'appartamento. il parcheggio gratuito è a 650 metri (8 minuti a piedi) la strada non è bellissima se fatta di sera ma tutto sommato va bene.

Ambiente pulito, accogliente, letto comodo, punto strategico per muoversi con il bus, borgo meraviglioso, il sig. Francesco cortese, e disponibile nel dare le informazioni più dettagliate.

Forse una tv nell'appartamento lo renderebbe ancora più gradevole.

Старый город, узкие улочки. В двух минутах от дома нашли бесплатную (синюю) парковку, где смогли оставить на ночь автомобиль. Хозяин очень подробно описал все детали заезда.

Затхлый запах в ванной. Плохая вентиляция. Очень слабое освещение.

Tutto rispetta la descrizione e le recensioni. Molto pulito accogliente, l'host molto gentile e disponibile. Pioveva quindi non abbiamo potuto godere della vosta e del borgo che sembrava strepitoso.

Il parcheggio gratuito, tranne che siete in vespa,non provate minimamente ad andare nel parcheggio gratuito. Abbiamo rigato l'auto e comunque non siamo arrivati,strade impraticabili. C'è un parcheggio, autosilo sonvico,comodo ed economico. Abbiamo parcheggio alle 21 e abbiamo ripreso l'auto alle 10 della mattina dopo e abbiamo pagato 4.50.-.

borgo incantevole fuori dal tempo

appartamento piccolo ma ben accessoriato, caldo e accogliente siamo immersi in un borgo fuori dal tempo, pieno di vicoli, piazzette e scorci stupendi da girare esclusivamente a piedi, il parcheggio si trova all' entrata del borgo tutto pulito e meraviglioso, molto romantico

mancava solo il phon e un rotolo di scottex

Soggiorno confortevole e buon rapporto qualità prezzo, da migliorare la pulizia

La posizione, anche se non facilmente intuitiva e raggiungibile. Tranquillo e fresco

La pulizia, c’era l’asciugano in bagno sporco e ancora bagnato. Il letto molto mal fatto e ancora con le lenzuola stropicciate probabilmente da un soggiorno precedente. Due lenzuola gettate sul divano, e una busta di immondizia ancora da buttare accanto alla pattumiera in cucina. Consiglio di curare di più la pulizia perché si sentiva e si vedeva che probabilmente non era stato lavato e pulito niente dagli ospiti precedenti.
