Nice and big. Location.

Not clean. Garden absolute mess, dirty garden furniture, couldn’t sit in garden. Not enough cutlery. Could do with a freshen up. Lack of towels, no hand towel in bathroom. Rubbish under beds. Pillows smelly.

Location. Walk in shower. Ground Floor toilet. 3 bedrooms which included a twin. Quotation on lounge wall.

Asked for details on accessing the property the week before only to be told it would be done the day before even though paid in full, which did not happen. Had to ask again on the day outside the property on arrival. Given wrong information to access the key initially. An email did arrive to welcome us to the property the week after the holiday was over. Kitchen crockery insufficient for the number of guests - only 2 breakfast bowls for a house that accommodates up to 6 guests. Cabinets in poor condition with very limited space to store our own provisions. Dining chairs in poor condition & in need of repair. No hand towels in every bathroom or individually for each guest. No tea towels. Not clean throughout. Bathroom towel ring came off when first used. Missing slats to vertical blinds throughout. Wall hooks in place but nothing hanging from them. No curtains to attic floor bedroom. Broken slats in attic floor bed so we carried out a temporary repair to make the bed usable. Garden unkemp, lawn needed mowing and furniture needed cleaning. Outdoor bins did not contain what they should. Insufficient information on the property and what to do with the rubbish...no guest welcome folder.
