Location is beautiful, Borris house is magnificent.
It could be a lot warmer , on arrival only one of the radiators in sitting room was turned on,

Location was very good. Was very clean and easy to get into the property
No TV no kit him to cook which was an issue as nowhere in Borris did breakfast apart from a take away from O’Sheas

Convenient to the town. Clean. Comfortable bed. Warm.
Poor directional signage - I arrived after dark and it was difficult to find my room.
The room would benefit from a couple of rugs on the wooden floor.
No toilet paper - I had to go to the local shop to buy some.
No shelf in bathroom for toothbrush etc.
