Overlooking the picturesque Barrow River and South Kilkenny, it provides a sense of tranquility that feels like a home away from home. Multiple supermarkets are within a two minute drive or a short walk. Staying in and making a meal in this well equipped kitchen with stunning panoramic views is a delight. Surrounded by a spacious garden of approximately half an acre, you’ll find peace and relaxation. Secure off street parking on-site.

The house is just a few minutes walk from downtown New Ross. The town was the filming location of Oscar winner Cillian Murphy’s film Small Things Like These. Explore local history including the Three Bullet Gate, the Ros Tapestry, and the Dunbrody Famine Ship and Center.
