The apartment was fine for our requirements, we were attending an event nearby. The first apartment allocated to us was not suitable for our needs, and the staff at Reception were really helpful in assisting us to move to another one which suited us better.
The individual room keys for the bedrooms were a bit challenging at times as it was easy to leave the key in the room and the door slams shut afterwards. Reception staff willingly gave new cards, and I appreciate that students might like this extra security element when sharing with others who they may not know. Cleaning - the corners of the rooms could do with a little more attention. The kitchen area was lovely, but there was only the bare minimum of knives, forks etc

Apartment was sizeable, clean, and provided a good location from which to explore the city. Overall as described. It's closeness to stores and the university made it particularly nice to provisioning. There are nice amenities such as the game room.
Beds were a bit hard, but acceptable given that it is student housing.
