Easy access, very helpful reception.
Lack of clarity on the parking, had to ask reception how it worked, and WiFi code a struggle to get working.

The location was perfect for our needs. The size of the apartment was great. The staff were helpful when things went wrong.
Goodness, we did know it was student accommodation so knew it wouldn’t be like a normal rental apartment but there were a lot of niggly issues. Rent was €666 for 3 nights which given number of issues I think was very over priced.
1) told by email we could get in at 1pm, got there at 1pm & told it wouldn’t be ready for 1.5-2 more hours because previous people had checked out late (at 11am) but the cleaning hadn’t been started yet, so that didn’t really make sense. We offered to take an alternative apartment but told they were all allocated, but lots were empty, perhaps they weren’t ready either.
2) we booked for 4 people. Initially only 3 forks & bowls. We were given more from a store cupboard & told I’d need to wash them.
3) only 2 toilet rolls & 3 mismatched coat hangers in apartment.
4) towels not supplied, but could be hired for €2 each, which for the price seemed miserly. The bad feeling this generated wasn’t worth the charges!
5) initially TV remote didn’t work.
6) light bulbs in apartment hallway didn’t work. Didn’t bother reporting as I was sick of reporting things by then. I kept the living room light on all night so my kids could see to get to the bathroom in the night.
7) cleaning spray bottle empty.
8) Double bed extremely uncomfortable-had to rejig family & have 2 in single bed to get sleep.
9) duvets very cheap quality & 1 cover torn/flaking away (see pic).
10) apartment generally needs TLC & bathroom need to be bleached.
11) water pump & fans very loud.
12) initial email feels like being scolded before you’ve arrived, maybe rethink wording for non-students!
13) the staff were helpful when issues were raised, but there were too many for me., and what happens when office is closed.
14) initially was told we could only have 1 key, again this was resolved, but felt I had to persuade the office & promise I wouldn’t lose it, it shouldn’t have been an issue in an apartment that caters for 4 people.
