The view was amazing, the instructions to collect the keys were relatively clear and the facilities were amazing value for money. We had a ball.
Cleanliness and state of the location of apartment, but this is out of the hosts control.

Massive compliments to the owner of the accommodation.
As we came close to the arrival date there was good exchanges between them and us. In addition to this a couple of days before arrival they shared a very detailed and thought out email and whatsapp message providing us with clear directions and all the details that we needed.
The accommodation was immaculate and very comfortable. I would recommend this place to others.

The views from the apartment were stunning.
The beds were comfortable and the kitchen facilities were good overall.
It was easy to walk into Waterford.
The arrangement with the hotel for parking was brilliant and saved us hassle and money.
The host was quick to respond to my queries.
Address on Booking.com was different to what was on the check in instructions which caused confusion. We managed to check in but it took a little while to find the flat once at the complex due to slightly vague instructions. Despite alluding to images, the check in instructions did not appear to have pictures, which didn't help for an easy check in.
The block of flats weren't the nicest and felt a unwelcoming. Notices of vandalism and security breaches to the apartment block caused made me feel concerned staying there which was only heightened by damage to the front door. I appreciate this is not the fault of the flat itself but it is why I marked the location low.
The kitchen didn't have teatowles for drying up. The bin didn't have a lid which caused a smell in the communal area.
One key limited our flexibility during the stay.
