Loved the room and facilities
People in suite across the hall left trash in main hallway that smelled absolutely awful. It stayed there for the entirety of our stay. Our message on this app was also never responded to.

Fantastic location in the heart of beautiful Kilkenny!! Outdoor space with the hot tub was a great retreat after enjoying everything Kilkenny has to offer.
Third floor does offer a workout walking up the stairs, but it is worth every step

The Kilkenny Suites, in a phrase, Made Life Easy. My family and I rented three rooms for the weekend- we had a retired couple, a single couple, and a young family. On arrival one of our party struggled with access- Kelli was on hand in literally 2 minutes without having been asked to make herself available beforehand, and she couldn't have been nicer! There was not only coffee and tea in the rooms when we arrived, as would be typical to expect, but also a loaf of bread, orange juice, milk, sweets and much more- at no extra cost! We were set up with the essentials and more from the offset as a result, which made life so much easier. The apartment itself was set up wonderfully and had some truly useful additional features. One of these was lighting under the bathroom cupboards that came on automatically- it was low enough light to use the bathroom at night without waking anyone sleeping in the same room (especially young children). Having a microwave in the suites was also great and really useful. The accommodation allowed people of all ages to enjoy their stay easily. It almost goes without saying that the accomodation itself was elegant, modern and stylish, and the central location was perfect. A really great stay that was enhanced so much by the accommodation!
