Professionally managed by William at Frangista Beach Properties. Having been designated as both a Superhost and Premier Host, our team works hard to deliver an awesome guest stay. From the moment you walk through the door, you should find a sparkling clean home with generous amenities and beach gear for a true “welcome home” experience. If you need assistance, our team is quick to respond to your needs. We are proud of our deep roots in the Destin area having provided hospitality since 1976.
All reservations will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with Frangista Beach Properties within 48 hours of receipt.

Guests have access to the community pool, heated seasonally, just fifty feet away, as well as a private gated access to the beach! Several restaurants are within walking distance such as Pompano Joes, The Whale's Tail Beachside Bar & Grill, Pascalli Kitchen & Bad Ass Coffee.

This place is PERFECT! Beginning with the outside...quaint, welcoming, and relaxing are words that come to mind. The walk in feels like your home. It is lovely! Beautiful words to encourage you are on the walls. Beds and bedding is all so comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. There was not even one thing we didn’t have. You are so close to the pool and my grandchildren loved it. The beach....I almost do not have words. Beach chairs and an umbrella are set up for you. There is a person at the locked gate to insure you have rented and limit visitors to the area. You are very close to your rental. The water is clear and the sand between your toes is fabulous. We love taking our fur babies too. The rental company checks in to make sure your stay is all you want it to be. You will not go wrong with this rental but please please don’t choose my week!
