Friendly helpful staff, easy walk to Dental appointments

Only2 blocks from Dental Clinic. My room away from street quiet and comfortable

No breakfast at hotel, only cafe nearby was expensive for what was served. Rather long walk to other places to get food.

I wouldn't stay here again

The rooms are pretty and cozy, the water pressure was excellent, and the receptionist was very kind.

The room had no windows at all, so there was zero ventilation, not even in the bathroom. Every time you need to enter or leave, someone has to open the garage door for you. The worst part, however, was the male receptionist (the female receptionist was very nice). He was very rude and tried to place me in a lower-priced room, claiming that the website was wrong and that what I paid was for a lower-category room. In the end, since the hotel had availability, they gave me the correct room, but his attitude was very arrogant.

Good for a quick stay

The aesthetics are modern and thoughtful. There was also a very cute dog who greeted us when we did our check-in. They provide an air conditioner which really helps with the weather. The staff is very nice, although untrained.

The bed in 204 needs updating. There was a massive dent which made it hard to sleep comfortably. There are no windows in this room.

Room with a good location!

Polanco is a beautiful and safe residential neighborhood The location is good. 4 blocks from President Masaryk Avenue. Recommend dinner at Rosa Negra,Mestiza , Puerto Madero and breakfast at Casa Portuguesa. If you go to El Zocalo. Breakfast at El Cardenal. Make sure you order “concha’s”

The lady that did the checkin, Esther was rude, not friendly. I asked for an invoice so I can have the taxes reimbursed, but never got it. Our room was on the third floor and they have no elevator, I asked to be moved to the first floor, because on health issue’s but she ignore my request. Next day Crystal moved us to the first floor and she was very nice. They don’t have a restaurant, so no breakfast option. This is a house converted into a hostal, you access the building through a garage door and have to ring a bell so someone can open and grant you access.

Since it’s raining season temperatures lower in the night and it gets comfy to sleep.m but if you’re someone that likes a colder environment, they don’t have A/C but provides a little fan that does the work.

The location in the heart of Polanco. The building renovated with a fresh and contemporary style... LOVE IT. And the price off course.

It doesn't have AC or even a simple fan, this added to the fact that the room doesn't have windows, makes it very difficult to sleep at night. Also the lack of entertainment service. The manager says that since it's Smart TV everyone should add their personal accounts, but I would never do this. 1) I don't remember my username and password, 2) I wouldn't enter passwords on a public device, 3) Adding this TV would block another device I have at home and 4) I should remember to delete this information before leaving the hotel, which I will probably forget.

No todas las habitaciones tienen ventana, estaría bien mencionar cuales cuentan hace una gran diferencia. También noté que fuera de las habitaciones podia escucharse el ruido dentro de estas. Creo que podrian poner algo para reducir el sonido que sale de otras habitaciones y que los huespedes tengan mas privacidad.

Estancia corta en ubicación cómoda en Polanco

La ubicación y la atención del personal de recepción. El tamaño de la cama y el baño de la habitación principal. Los closets con amplio espacio y la decoración moderna.

Iba con personas de 60+ y les costó subir las escaleras hasta el último piso. Falta mobiliario en la estancia, pues, es una suite para 4 y hay dos sillas para sentarse. Se beneficiaría de una mesa pequeña. Marcar en el baño de la principal el desnivel que se encuentra, tropezamos mucho al no verlo.

Es un hotel pequeño, el personal nos atendió de maravilla, las habitaciones son cómodas y, a pesar de estar cerca de una vía muy transitada, no se escucha el ruido de la calle, recomiendo ampliamente este hotel

Lo único que tienen que mejorar es el servicio para la facturación, desde un principio especifican que no hay cambios en la factura una vez que está emitida, sin embargo, el concepto que colocan es "Devolución de viáticos por hospedaje" y en el CFDI, la clave aparece como una devolución y no como un servicio de hospedaje. Solicité el cambio pero hasta hoy (una semana después de haber emitido la factura) no he tenido respuesta y eso me está complicando la comprobación de gastos en la empresa donde trabajo.

Quarto confortavel, tv de tamanho bom e boa cama.

Nao é um hotel de verdade, apenas um predio com apartamentos. Nao espere serviços como de hotel 4 estrelas, mas sim de um predio so de apartamentos de airbnb.

Cuenta con todo lo necesario y el personal es muy amable. Muy buena ubicación a pocas cuadras de estación del metro y de diversas tiendas.

Nos tocó una habitación en 3er piso pero no había ascensor. Fue difícil subir y bajar las maletas. El personal se ofrece a ayudarte a subirlas.

清掃が行き届いていない。お風呂は石鹸のポンプが壊れていて、水垢が付いている。ドアノブがベタベタする。廊下の電気が夜も付けっぱなしで室内でも気になる。ドアを開ける時に電子音がして、夜も同じ階の人がドアを開け閉めする度に目が覚めてしまった。
