Worst experience DO NOT BOOK!!! No running water and booking.com wont help you.

Nothing. Worst hotel experience in my entire life. No running water. Staff was hours late, booking.com did NOT provide us a solution we had to pay out of pocket for another and we did NOT BOOK WITH BOOKING.COM

Everything. The mold. No running water. Unhelpful staff, staff was hours late and made me late to my dr appointment

El anfitrión o host no tenía buena comunicación, solicitaba algo por la mañana y me respondían hasta en la tarde y se me entregaba al otro día, incluso con el tema de la limpieza de la habitación y cambio de toallas, etc, nunca se me informó nada al respecto y estuve durante 5 días

La suite está muy bien ubicada, con acceso a muchos lugares en Polanco. Es muy espaciosa y cómoda, al tener cocineta y cafetera, puedes ahorrarte el desayuno o la cena fuera

Las puerta no se podía cerrar por dentro, ya es bastante vieja, lo reporte y nunca llegaron los de mantenimiento, después pedí cambio de habitación y ni caso me hicieron. La tele nunca prendió y también la reporté y nunca tuve asistencia .

Total decepción

Ubicación excelente.

Estuvimos alojados en la suite 7, que más que "suite" parecía un calabozo. Es pequeña, tiene una ventanita microscópica que da un túnel lleno de cachivaches y que apenas sirve para una mínima ventilación. El clóset es muy pequeño y tuvimos que pedir ganchos para colgar la ropa. El agua potable se terminó en un día y a pesar de qué pedimos más, nunca nos la dieron. Jamás entraron a hacer la limpieza. Tiene una estufa eléctrica, pero no existen implementos como sartenes u ollas para cocinar. El refrigerador es microscópico. Tampoco nos repusieron los pocos sobres de azucar que nos dejaron, a pesar de qué los solicitamos. Las fotos en la página, se ven muy bonitas, pero seguramente son las habitaciones de los dueños que viven arriba. Como prácticamente no tiene ventanas, la ventilación es mínima y hay que dejar la puerta abierta y el ventilador del baño operando para que el aire se renueve. Por esto, las toallas nunca acabaron de sacarse. De ninguna manera la voy a recomendar, ni mucho menos regresaré. Es una lástima qué Airbnb se preste anunciar alojamiento que no cumple con las expectativas que se generan con las fotos.

La ubicación del lugar es bastante buena.

La persona que me contactó para el check-in fue bastante grosero y me comentó incluso había cámaras en habitación, por si tenía planeado hacer alguna "fiesta", esto en tono de amenaza, a lo que me molesté y reclamé, el dueño del lugar fue bastante amable y negó el tener cámaras, sin embargo, esto me dejó durmiendo con bastante inquietud.
